Beauty – The Lazy Woman

I have less than 6 months to reach my target. To be exact, 164 days from now. It’s not a long time. And to lose at least 10 kg and 10″ around the waist, I’m not sure if I can do it while not affecting my milk supply. But I will try. So let’s start the ball rolling!

27 October 2015 Breakfast A cup of milo + 6 pieces of biscuits
Lunch 10 tonic ginseng chicken + 1/2 bowl of rice
Tea Break 1 plain + 1 egg prata *screeaaamm!!*
Dinner 1/2 bowl of noodle + 1/2 bowl of fried rice [HC]
Water 10 glasses

Hours of Sleep  Slightly less than 5 hours

Dinner 1/2 bowl of rice + vegetables + 1/4 Mac fish burger (sabo-ed by the lil’ hub)

Alright. I just spent some money. Hopefully that will make me a little more motivated! Looking forward to my new toy! Another hole in pocket but no worries, nothing can drop out anymore for it’s empty. *LOL*
